How does it work?
Chaplains provide support and build relationships through on-site visits, individual counseling sessions, and phone calls. They are available to speak with employees for personal and work related issues 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Is it just for religious people?
No. While our chaplains can provide spiritual guidance, our services are non-denominational and respectful of all faiths, beliefs and values. Our goal is to provide compassionate care for each individual.

Are conversations with a Chaplain confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our services. Employees can be assured that conversations with chaplains are private, and no information is shared with employers without their permission except in cases where someone is at risk.

How often do Chaplains visit the workplace?
The frequency of visits can be tailored to the needs of each organization. Most employers find that weekly visits are most beneficial. However, we will work with your team to find a schedule that best meets your company and employee needs.

How much are Coastal Chaplains' service?
We operate on a fee-based model for businesses, so employees and their families do not incur any fees for using chaplain services. Business owners can contact us to get a free estimate for adding this support services for their employees.
