Todd McGehee, Founder & CEO

Todd has been in ministry for over 25 years. Twelve of those years were spent in Student ministry and Associate ministry. Since 2003, He has been the lead pastor of The Grove Community Church which he and his wife Laura planted in Mobile, AL. In Seminary, Todd completed 2 units in CPE as a Hospice Chaplain. He has also volunteered on the sidelines for a local High School Football team. Todd holds a Master's of Divinity from Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, KY. He and Laura have 2 adult children. In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking, and biking. He is also an avid reader and has an extensive personal library.

Matt Armbruster, Chaplain

Matt is a native of Ellis, Kansas who studied and played Football at Garden City Junior College and Kansas State University. He is an ordained minister with  a diverse range of business experience from  being a business owner to the industrial field and restaurant operations. Matt and his wife, Tara, co-founded Ransom Ministries, a non-profit based in Mobile, AL, where he continues to serve as the Executive Director. Matt has over a decade of experience in workforce reintegration for individuals overcoming homelessness, addiction, and/or incarceration. He is certified in Mental Health First Aid and enjoys fostering supportive and resilient workplace environments through serving as a chaplain. Matt is a family man that enjoys playing golf and hunting in his spare time.

Stuart West, Chaplain

Stuart is a dedicated pastor, chaplain, and certified mediator residing in

Pensacola, Florida. With an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies and an MBA, Stuart brings a unique blend of theological insight and business acumen to his multifaceted career. In addition to his pastoral and chaplaincy work, Stuart is a skilled mediator, specializing in conflict resolution. His expertise allows him to facilitate constructive dialogue and foster understanding in challenging situations.

Stuart is happily married and the proud father of two daughters, cherishing family life and the joy it brings. He is passionate about nurturing a loving and supportive home, where values of faith and education thrive.

What exactly does a Coastal Chaplain provide?
On-Site Presence: Chaplains regularly visit your workplace, build relationships with employees and offer a consistent, approachable presence.
Confidential Conversations: Whether it's an emotional crisis or simply someone who needs to talk, chaplains offer confidential support to employees- no issues is too big or too small.
24/7 Availability: Chaplains are available around the clock, offering support in times of personal crisis- be it a late night emergency or a sudden loss. Chaplains are available through a dedicated Care Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Crisis Response: In the unfortunate event of a critical situation- such as a tragedy, accident, or sudden loss- chaplains are trained to help employers and teams navigate the emotional aftermath.
Non-Denominational Support: It's important to note that chaplain care is not about promoting religion. Chaplains respect all beliefs and backgrounds. Their focus is on the well-being of the individual whether the employee identifies as religious, spiritual, or neither.
